I was given a flash drive the was suppose to contain all purchase documents I signed. The flash drive was empty. Now three weeks later and I still do not have any purchase documents. I have had multiple peo purchase documents I signed. The flash drive was empty. Now three weeks later and I still do not have any purchase documents. I have had multiple people tell me they would take care of getting me the documents but nobody has followed through. I was promised a second key FOB and owner's manual but I have not received either one. More
