Recall on my rear view camera The young that greeted me in the service Dept had little to no interest in on what I was telling him about my car & another issue I had with Nissan . I asked to speak to a manager , I saw him & another young lady staring at me but never called anyone, I walked over to the sales dept . & talked to Frank the person that sold us the 2019 Rouge . He helped me immediately with the problem . I walked back to the service department & the same young man walk over to me & said the service dept don’t handle those issues.
