Never go here! I am more and more dissatisfied with this dealership every time I am in contact with them. I took my car in for a diagnostic in March and received the I am more and more dissatisfied with this dealership every time I am in contact with them. I took my car in for a diagnostic in March and received the worst service possible from Latoya in the service department. The customer service was absolutely horrible. When asking simple questions I was rudely interrupted every time. I don't think that I was even able to complete a sentence. After asking to speak to a manager several times and leaving voice messages, I never received a call back. I then had to call back the Clovis Nissan today to get a copy of paperwork from March. ((I did not have the service needed done at this Nissan simply because of how disappointed I was by Latoya)). When asking if I could obtain the paperwork from that service, I was told that she did not have time to it and that I would have to wait. I would have been fine with this, if she weren't so rude and inconsiderate about it. I then asked Latoya if there was anything else that I needed to write down to make it easier for her to pull up my information, in case the email didn't go through. She proceeded to laugh at me. This was so degrading to hear from a customer service representative. Simply because of this young lady, I will not be returning to this Nissan & will make sure that all of my friends/family & anyone looking to buy/sale etc. will not go to this dealership. I have never been treated with so much disrespect. More
Absolutely horrible experience I took a my fleet van in five times because of the window screeching when I bring it up or down after the third time they replaced the motor and I tol I took a my fleet van in five times because of the window screeching when I bring it up or down after the third time they replaced the motor and I told him it wasn't the motor because it stopped when it rained and that it was the rubber trimming. They did not believe me and order the motor anyways within two hours it started screeching again so I brought it in again and they said it was the trim and they were going to order some parts and it takes 8 to 10 days and that was 29 days ago I just got off the phone with them and they said the Parts have been there for weeks and they forgot to call me... they lost a good business and I will never go back More

Service on my Nissan Altima Dropped off my 2015 Altima at Nissan of Clovis late in the day to have a new (spare) Remote "intelligent-key" coded. Sadly, I was informed the follow Dropped off my 2015 Altima at Nissan of Clovis late in the day to have a new (spare) Remote "intelligent-key" coded. Sadly, I was informed the following day that "Nissan's servers were down, would I mind leaving the vehicle an extra day?" I understand "stuff happens", so I agreed to the delay. The following day, my service advisor, Tim Bowden, came back in on his day off to complete the job. He personally handed over my new working i-key. The shuttle service, to and from my home was comfortable/reliable. One star off for the Manufacturer's delay, but 4 stars for the good personal service delivered by Staff. All in all I would recommend this service department for 1st rate repairs. More

Very pleasant service people to deal with and efficient I am very happy with the work done on my car and with the service people at the desk who make sure I am satisfied and have all my questions answered. They are always very efficient and friendly and helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable and relaxing. Every time we are there our sale agent stops by to say hi and visit with us. The entire experience of having our car serviced is always very positive and relaxing. It has been the best dealership I have ever worked with. More
