Once when the dealership received it and twice when we purchased the vehicle. My daughter bought some new floor mats for her new vehicle because the vehicle did not have any floor mats and she pulled out a take out bag from Burger King and half of a Chevrolet window paper from under the passenger seat which she took a photo of and also someone's drink splatter on the passenger sun visor. The passenger door lock does not work and we had advise the salesman and sales manager about it before we purchased the vehicle. My daughter has to schedule a date and time to bring her vehicle in for repairs on the door lock. I have bought two vehicles in the past from this dealership and want to continue business but this time is struck my wife, daughter and I a little odd. More
