"A very pleasant experience....." I was really happy with the our sales agent Angel. He was not pushy or in a rush to make a sale. He was calm and very pleasant. On 2/7/15, I went to Lithia Nissan of Clovis and the customer service exceeded my expectations. Prior to arriving I had received a phone call from the General Manager, Adam Marazzo and he was the most pleasant General Manager that I ever spoke to. He engaged me as I was already one of his customers by the way he spoke to me and when I went to Lithia he treated my husband and I like family. He definitely earned our trust and because of the way he treated us he made customers for life. Anytime you go to a dealership it can be intimidating and it is something that most people dread. I can honestly say that we had a fun experience, yes a fun and enjoyable experience and by that we all had positive results. I wasn't intending on buying a vehicle that day but because of the way we were treated and listened to us we felt confident in the General Manager that he was doing everything to meet our needs. We were also assisted by Internet Sales, Ken Herzog and he had so much enthusiasm about his job and made a very enjoyable experience for us and he provided a lot of knowledge about the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle without even doing a test drive. The Lithia Nissan of Clovis is by far the best dealership that I had contact with and I will continue to do business with them. You don't usually get much or any interaction with the General Manager but Adam was so on it and made sure that we were happy the entire experience. I cannot say enough about him he did everything he could to make it such a enjoyable experience. The list goes on, I enjoyed working with Kevin Cavin, Preddy and Jessica. Kuddos to your staff they know how to have fun and make you laugh and buy a car. That usually doesn't happen all in one experience usually you love the car but not so much the experience or deal. Your staff was extremely passionate about their jobs. I was very pleased with the service. Got my car in quick without an appointment and worked on it in a timely manner. They even washed my car! The service department was very friendly. Work was not completed when promised (twice), price quoted was not complete, given wrong paper work when I finally was able to pick up my car one week after it was towed in. Let me start by saying how terribly disappointed I was in the service that I received with my Nissan. I left my Rogue on Friday for diagnostics on the air/heating unit and for the “service engine soon” ligh the service that I received with my Nissan. I left my Rogue on Friday for diagnostics on the air/heating unit and for the “service engine soon” light. At the end of the day, Ryan told me that I needed a new compressor for the air conditioner. I told him to fix the air conditioner. I was told the parts had to come from Sacramento and Ryan said it would be in by Tuesday or Wednesday. I left the car because it is too hot to drive without the air. I did not hear anything from Ryan bu Tuesday, so I called Wednesday morning. Ryan told me that the parts came in the day before and that the car was repaired. He told me that he was not in the office yesterday so could not call me. He said that he could have the car ready in an hour. I told him I work out of town and that I could not come until later in the day. I had to miss time at work when I could have pick it up the day before after work.. I had a new transmission put in my Rogue August 2012. The first one was the wrong one and they had to send it back the second one took a week to get into the car. I had a rental car for 10 days. I was told the last time I had to have a diagnostic that if there had to be repairs done, that the diagnostic cost would be deducted from the repair cost. Ryan told me that this is not the case unless it is previously approved. I am going to be buying a new car within 30 days. This will be my fourth Nissan. I already set up a test drive with another Nissan dealer. More
I like the service employees. I can usually get in with an appointment and for an emergency they work very diligently to get me in. Raquel has a great sense of humor and the cashier--I think it is Judy--i an appointment and for an emergency they work very diligently to get me in. I wish they had a room where I could go work and not hear the TV so loudly but not everything is perfect in life! More
