We needed a more versatile vehicle and when researching the web, came across a used 2012 jeep at Lithia Nissan of Ames Dealership and liked what we saw. So that Saturday we decided to go and take the vehicle for a test drive, we drove it and really liked it. We worked with a gentleman by the name of Lee, he was very friendly and worked very hard for this deal to happen. We did have a trade in vehicle, and I cannot say enough about the trade in package they gave us, it was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone there were very nice and helpful, even when they had to stay after working hours to complete the paperwork. We drove home with that jeep that evening and are very happy with it. Lee and some of the other staff made this happen for us. In my humble opinion, if you are searching for a friendly, and decent place, where they are happy and willing to work with you to get you the vehicle you would like (new or used) I would stop by and speak with Lithia Nissan of Ames.
