I had been taking our 2007 Murano in for routine service since it was purchased new. I had been complaining for years that the gas millage was below par. The service dept always said it was fine and they co since it was purchased new. I had been complaining for years that the gas millage was below par. After complaining to the dealership mgr I was told that if I came in and traded they would see me happy.So we traded with the idea the Murano would never get any better gas millage. A month later I hear from the NEW owner that the state of Iowa said the vehicle had been involved in a rollover accident which it had not. He then asked "why did you trade it in?" I responded as to the POOR gas millage we were getting. He said he had looked it over and could tell it was running WAY TOO RICH and instructed the service dept to fix it before he signed the papers on it. They did and he gets 25-26 MPG and I got 18-19 MPG, IF they would have done this for me I would not have traded and would have been happy with my vehicle. BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPT OF THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! I am now in a contract for the next 6 years because they don't LISTEN nor RESPOND to there "VALUED" clients!! David Graham. More

Patrick, or Randy as we called him, explained all the features and information about the vehicle, let us test drive it, and then we drove another one, and we decided we really liked the first one the best. Randy took all our information, first of all taking our children getting them a pop and then taking them to the lounge where they could watch tv or play with toys, and then talked with his boss about our application. He was very friendly, very professional and we had a really easy time understanding all the warranty information, and all information he gave to us. we were trading in a vehicle that we didn't have with us at the time, told us they would either come and get it for us or we could bring it down. just a wonderful experience from start to finish! Patrick put us with Greg to show us a new Pathfinder. The wife wanted a Murano as that is what she had but was not happy with the gas millage. Greg said we should really consider a Pathfinder as they were just a bit larger , had the same options she wanted and were better on gas.She fell in love with it and Greg and the dealership worked VERY hard to get my business. I was NOT in the market for a new vehicle , but they made it VERY attractive so we pulled the trigger on a new one. Greg got me a very good interest rate as we are not millionaires , and nobody has been able to beat it. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from them and am happy with the deal I got. Great experience with everyone that I dealt with. They had to get the car I wanted, with the options that I wanted, from a different dealership and thought it was going to have the stainless steel illumi had to get the car I wanted, with the options that I wanted, from a different dealership and thought it was going to have the stainless steel illuminated kick plates but it did not have them. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed when I opened the car door when I went to pick the car up and it didn't have the kick plates. Everyone has been great about getting this problem resolved, from checking with the Service Manager to make sure they could be added to my car. They have placed the order for them and we will be setting up a time for them to be installed. It might have been a little misunderstanding on the part of everyone, me included, but everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. Everyone was very good about communicating during the dealing process through email and phone calls. First time I had purchased a car from Lithia Nissan of Ames and I have had a great experience with everyone that I have dealt with and met. More
