Wrong date. I went online and scheduled on oil change for last Wednesday for our Kia Soul. Or at least I thought I had. Worst Dealership Ever The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! It started back in 2I purchased a new Sorento. I was over charged the exact amount that the next body st The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! It started back in 2I purchased a new Sorento. I was over charged the exact amount that the next body style upgrade would be. An honest mistake, maybe. But when I brought it to their attention I was told there was nothing they could do about it, that I would have to get a refund from Kia Finance because their finance manager screwed it up. Needless to say, after several months and lots of consternation, I did get a refund. Now to service. Couldn't make the Blue Tooth connection work. I was accused of being stupid (I am a Computer Engineer by trade). After several arguments they changed out the Audio System and all was OK. The Fob (Auto Start, Locks etc.) wouldn't work at any distance greater than 10 feet. Again given the runaround and finally they looked into it and found a loose wire on the receiving antenna. Had the vehicle in for regular service just before warranty expired and i was told ALL was OK. 2,000 miles later there is a terrible noise in the front brakes. Since I live 250 miles from the dealership I brought it to a local shop. The front disc brakes were worn to the point where they had to be replaced. Of course no warranty and couldn't drive it to the dealership, not safe. They offered NO compensation. Now I have received a recall notice. Again I live 250 miles away and tried to schedule this service for when I was in town. Can't do it, no Saturday Appointments available when I was going to be there and it didn't matter because I was told you can't get any real service on Saturdays anyway. I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again!!! BTW the Kia is a nice car it is just this dealership. More
