Best vehicle shopping experience ever! I went into Lithia to get the oil changed on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee I purchased 2 years ago from another Lithia dealership. I wasn’t happy with my orig I went into Lithia to get the oil changed on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee I purchased 2 years ago from another Lithia dealership. I wasn’t happy with my original purchase so my husband had been encouraging me to look around and find a vehicle that excited me. I browsed around while waiting for my oil change and was approached by Lee. He was very kind, friendly and informative. Not pushy or over “salesman like” whatsoever. He showed me every vehicle in the lot and nothing sparked my attention. He asked me what it was I thought I was looking for and I replied I don’t know, but I will know when I see it”. As I was about to leave I noticed a vehicle in the show room and asked him about it.... I told him this was the vehicle I’ve been searching for and didn’t know it til I saw it. He was so helpful with all my questions and my husbands questions and made sure to do everything he could to ensure I got what I wanted. I feel he became a friend and not a salesperson.
