Very Fast and Professional I have mostly good things to say. Service was quick, professional, and appropriate. They weren't too pushy. Although I wasn't promised an engine block heater (nor did I pay for one), the dealer's add-on sticker attachment made it seem like I was getting one. I found out that they put this sticker by default on all of their new cars and don't always install a block heater; I would recommend that they don't do this in the future. None-the-less, my salesperson, Kelly Torres, was knowledgeable and friendly; I didn't get the greasy sales-guy vibe at all. More
