Customer service is abysmal. My car has 27,000 miles and I have asked twice to have my tires rotated and each time they said they didn’t do it because it didn’t need it. Funny how they only worry about things they can charge you for. Also, said the oil change would be an hour and a half and it took 4 hours. If I could take back buying this car, I would! More

When I made that first appointment, I was told that a loaner car would not be needed because the service would only take 30 minutes. When I arrived, I was told that the service would take 1-2 hours and that they didn’t have loaner cars. What a xxxx show! More
