We were able to connect with Big Joe Mcknight, and we absolutely loved him. He is very personable, real, and not overwhelming pushy. He is the ideal sale person and he made the experience enjoyable. Some sales people are a turn off and you end up getting something that you did not start out to get, because the salesperson put a bad taste in your mouth.
