Good dealership, just a bit scatterbrained. The gentleman I worked with was great! The figuring numbers was just disorganized. Finance was phenomenal and everything was explained very thoroughly The gentleman I worked with was great! The figuring numbers was just disorganized. Detailing, however, did not remove most of the plastic, rubber bands and extra stuff from the vehicle being new which was kind of a pain after being at the dealership for 7 hours. More

Best vehicle shopping experience ever! I went into Lithia to get the oil changed on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee I purchased 2 years ago from another Lithia dealership. I wasn’t happy with my orig I went into Lithia to get the oil changed on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee I purchased 2 years ago from another Lithia dealership. I wasn’t happy with my original purchase so my husband had been encouraging me to look around and find a vehicle that excited me. I browsed around while waiting for my oil change and was approached by Lee. He was very kind, friendly and informative. Not pushy or over “salesman like” whatsoever. He showed me every vehicle in the lot and nothing sparked my attention. He asked me what it was I thought I was looking for and I replied I don’t know, but I will know when I see it”. As I was about to leave I noticed a vehicle in the show room and asked him about it.... I told him this was the vehicle I’ve been searching for and didn’t know it til I saw it. He was so helpful with all my questions and my husbands questions and made sure to do everything he could to ensure I got what I wanted. I feel he became a friend and not a salesperson. Worked with us on all our quirky questions and levels. (We are a bit much at times😜). Very satisfied with the entire experience! More
