The service time was a descent time and quicker than what I was informed at the time of drop off. It seemed rather abrupt when the vehicle was ready for me. I thought I would be completing some paperwork, verifying the work was accomplished. I have no problems with this, just shocked that it seemed so expeditious. Happy with your work. More

Lee was very concerned about my satisfaction. Just to start off, I would like to say that I'm a Subaru fan. That was what I was shopping for, but I decided to stop and take a look at a used Hyund Just to start off, I would like to say that I'm a Subaru fan. That was what I was shopping for, but I decided to stop and take a look at a used Hyundai Santa Fe that was in my price range. After taking it out for a test drive, I must say , I was pretty impressed. The AWD felt very tight on the road and it came with a lot of luxury features which I am now very fond of. Like heated seats. I bought the Santa Fe and was very happy with my purchase, but after two weeks. The check engine light came on. I was a little more than disheartened to see that gold light come on right after spending over $8,000 on my car, I didn't pay to have anything kept under warranty. Leland Hansen, whom I bought my vehicle from at Hyundai just happened to email me, asking how things were going. I told him about the check engine light and my disappointment, and he said. Well bring it on in and we'll see if we can fix it for you. It ended up being a vapor sensor on my exhaust and they ended up fixing it for free for me. They fixed it for free even though I bought the vehicle as is with no warranty. You can't ask for any better service than that. I was very impressed and very happy. Not only did they fix it for free when I dropped it off to them. They offered to drive me to and from work. I haven't had any other troubles with the vehicle and in general am very satisfied with my purchase. The Santa Fe rocks, and I would totally recommend it to people looking for an AWD SUV. More

I ended up doing my first ever trade in, getting a newer and larger car than I originally had, with less miles, and fitting my car payment budget perfectly!
