Best car buying experience I've ever had, hands down. Jeremy Lindamood, my salesperson who greeted me, was courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. There was no pressure, I didn’t feel rushed. I went there to look at a specific pre-owned vehicle, and that's exactly what we did. The vehicle was clean, well-cared for, and had been through Hyundai’s extensive inspection process. Lithia Hyundai has a solid reputation is well-known, and Jeremy told me they would make things right if I had any problems. Nick in finance walked me through the loan process, answered my questions, and I never felt like he tried to upsell me on anything, the final price was exactly as negotiated, (no last-minute surprises). The dealership is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. They answered all of my questions, treated me like family and respected my time, and everyone I encountered there was friendly. Amazing I went there to look for a replacement for my beater with a heater and was trying to go for an 02 Dodge Durango. He went through the steps with me that he thought was the best option for me. He gave me a couple of choices that I could do and made me decide what I wanted to do. He was really understanding and made this experience amazing. I honestly was dreading it due to my recent inquiries with other dealerships. He made it the best experience and was very caring. I walked out with a 2016 Chevy Malibu. Something I thought would never happen. Good dealership, just a bit scatterbrained. The gentleman I worked with was great! The figuring numbers was just disorganized. I wasn’t happy with my orig I went into Lithia to get the oil changed on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee I purchased 2 years ago from another Lithia dealership. I wasn’t happy with my original purchase so my husband had been encouraging me to look around and find a vehicle that excited me. I browsed around while waiting for my oil change and was approached by Lee. He was very kind, friendly and informative. Not pushy or over “salesman like” whatsoever. He showed me every vehicle in the lot and nothing sparked my attention. He asked me what it was I thought I was looking for and I replied I don’t know, but I will know when I see it”. As I was about to leave I noticed a vehicle in the show room and asked him about it.... I told him this was the vehicle I’ve been searching for and didn’t know it til I saw it. He was so helpful with all my questions and my husbands questions and made sure to do everything he could to ensure I got what I wanted. I feel he became a friend and not a salesperson. Worked with us on all our quirky questions and levels. (We are a bit much at times😜). Very satisfied with the entire experience! More
