We just purchased our third vehicle (first 2 were brand new and 3rd one is slightly used 2019) from Lithia Hyundai this past Friday and we couldn't be happier with the Van or the service we received. James our Salesman and Logan in Finance were amazing. We had a unique situation and these 2 gentlemen were like "that's no big deal, we can take care of that or make this work, whatever we can to do to get you in the car you need". They both went so far above and beyond for us, giving us an amazing deal and everything we asked for. We had gone to 2 other dealerships prior and the service we received was nothing compared to Hyundai. If you are in the market for a brand new or new to you vehicle I highly recommend Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage more so recommend James and Logan, you won't find anyone more friendly and professional to help you in your car search.
