I have the auto warranty, thousands of dollars. We paid for “free” oil changes. They didn’t change the oil, I think I been in there twice. My mom gave me her vehicle and she’s been bringing it there sinc for “free” oil changes. They didn’t change the oil, I think I been in there twice. Emailed Blayke took him 3 days to reply. I get that. Vacation or Covid or whatever. Decided to walk into the dealership, needed a car fast, daughter totaled her car. Went into the show room floor, walk Vacation or Covid or whatever. Decided to walk into the dealership, needed a car fast, daughter totaled her car. Went into the show room floor, walked around 5 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged, so instead went to Kia and closed the deal in about 2 hours. Will never give Lithia Hyundai my business. More
