I was months too early for the service so I could reschedule and put off that expense. I am retired, on a tight budget, and not car savvy, so I really appreciated being alerted that I could safely hold off on having the service. My 2004 Accord and I left happy with a new battery and windshield wipers. More

Arrogant service employee Took my car in for an oil change based on the timing noted on the sticker on my car. Was told by the employee (did not catch is name) that there was Took my car in for an oil change based on the timing noted on the sticker on my car. Was told by the employee (did not catch is name) that there was a 1.5 hour wait which is fine as it was a Saturday. After the 1.5 hour wait, the employee came to tell me that I did not have the mileage for the oil change. He arrogantly told me that the contract states the mileage requirement. When I asked why it took 1.5 hours to let me know, he responded that the odometer reading was done by the mechanic. I believe this is false because a reading is done when they take your keys and check the VIN number. When I complained about the wait, he said he could maybe push through the oil change i.e. another wait. i can understand if there is a policy but i thought he could at least offer to have the vehicle inspected for any issues as I believe that is part of the lifetime quarterly service paid for when I purchased the vehicle. Even if the inspection only is done with an oil change, after having me wait pointlessly for 1.5 hours, it would have shown some level of customer service. More
