I was greeted as I exited the car and told exactly where to wait while the technician checked mileage. I was checked in quickly and allowed to move to the waiting room. The work was done within the time projected by the technician. Everyone was cheerful and pleasant, and I was treated as a human being, rather than as a number. I've developed MS, so it is especially appreciated when people go out of their way to be helpful and considerate. We have yet to have an unpleasant experience with the service department, and I'm happy to recommend them. More
