She was very understanding that we weren't in the market for buying a car since I had just paid mine off a few months prior and was enjoying having the extra money. I asked her to show us around and were we impressed! She has ALOT of knowledge about cars. Seriously! It was fun looking around with her and asking her questions. She also gave us some food for thought to take home when we do decide to purchase. And I do know that Lithia Honda in Medford will be our purchasing location. Holly is a REAL GEM. Lithia Honda Service rescued vacation car repair I was visiting family here in southern Oregon when a power window switch broke on my '11 Accord. It left me with a driver window down in a heat wave! I was visiting family here in southern Oregon when a power window switch broke on my '11 Accord. It left me with a driver window down in a heat wave! The Lithia Honda service staff was able to get my car right into the service queue and assessed the problem and secured the part from up north in a timely fashion. The car was repaired within approx. 24 hours of the switch breaking. I lost a little vacation adventure time but the Lithia Honda service dept helped keep that to an absolute minimum. Thank you Lithia Honda Service Dept!!! * My rating of the price is no reflection on the service dept staff or Lithia Honda, it's just my opinion of "dealer" service labor costs. Perhaps that is why I take my car to a licensed certified independent Honda mechanic in So Cal. **I would like to add that there were a couple of names that I would have listed had I could remember what they were! Additionally, I have been a Honda owner for approx. 30 years and the Lithia Honda Service dept. held up the quality of the Honda brand that I have grown to appreciate all of those years. More
