Another Top-Notch Employee The Battery in my 2017 CRV that I owned for less than 2 months was DEAD 2 days in a row. Honda Road Service jumped it the first day and the next day, The Battery in my 2017 CRV that I owned for less than 2 months was DEAD 2 days in a row. Honda Road Service jumped it the first day and the next day, I called AAA which has the best road service in the world, using ONE OF MY FREE ROAD SERVICE CALLS allowed per year. AAA Serviceman diagnosed a DEAD CELL in the battery. I was fortunate that this did not happen on my trip to Portland. Selling me a car with a faulty battery that failed in less than 2 months is the reason I gave your dealership one star. Gerad Stebbins, Service Department, gets FIVE STARS for replacing a dead battery in a 2017 CRV that I had owned for less that 2 months . He was courteous and pleasant.
