They changed the oil, changed all the wiper blades, and patched 2 nail holes in one of the tir They got me in and out as quick as they possibly could. Excellent service! The service was wonderful. My daughter was in an accident and needed to use my Insight while her car was being fixed. It was an unexpected request, an The service was wonderful. It was an unexpected request, and I wanted Lithia Honda to inspect the car to make sure everything was okay for my daughter's drive home to California. I drove in, expecting to have to make an appointment for the inspection. Instead, Jayson said they would take care of it immediately. Within two minutes the car had been driven into the service bay. When the inspection showed that the oil just about needed changing, I asked Jayson to go ahead and have it done, and it was taken care of (again) immediately. I had received excellent service from Lithia Honda when I bought my CRV, and I was very pleased to see that that excellence extends to the service department as well. Thank you! More
