I asked them to check a minor issue in one of my tires, which wasn't part of the service, and they fixed it beautifully for me. They also do a fabulous job washing my car when requested. Took care of an emergency breakdown for me. My Honda literally broke down as I pulled into a space at the dealer (I knew it was having a problem). Turned out to be the alternator. The sales staff was very friendly when I showed up, and the service department employee (Gerad I think) was fantastic and very professional - not at all what I was used to at some other service centers. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part in stock and I was back on the road in under two hours. Paid a little more than I would have liked to (he was nice enough to find a coupon for me), but it was done right and they were great to deal with. More

Always enjoy watching HGTV in the waiting area and appreciate the donuts and good coffee. I also enjoy a quick visit with Mark Thalman in Sales. We have purchased an Odyssey and a Pilot from him and will buy our next Honda from him as well. More

It was great...left with a smile on my face Josh Saltmarsh was outstanding...after a year of asking previous service people at Honda questions about the noise in my civic with no one willing to Josh Saltmarsh was outstanding...after a year of asking previous service people at Honda questions about the noise in my civic with no one willing to look into what it might be,, he diagnosed it immediately, explained what he thought it was and then repaired it. I was actually considering finding someone else to maintain my car, but have now found someone at Lithia Honda who is willing to go the extra mile. Will continue with service there as long as Josh is with your company because I feel I can trust him. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and great with customer service.
