Jake went the extra mile! Jake Word was a great salesman to work with. He kept in touch with me and answered my questions over the course of a couple weeks. He knew what I was interested in and would send pictures and information about cars that met my needs. He let me test drive several cars on multiple occasions. When we found the car that we eventually purchased, Jake helped us get all of the paperwork done in an easy, convenient way. He even brought the paperwork to our house so my wife and I could finish signing the paperwork without having to bring all of our kids to the dealership. This was definitely going above and beyond. He was always helpful, never pushy, and overall great to work with. More

Great Service! My Honda Accord had been hit by a deer. To be fair, the body shop I went to did an awesome job restoring the driver's side headlight assembly, the gri My Honda Accord had been hit by a deer. To be fair, the body shop I went to did an awesome job restoring the driver's side headlight assembly, the grill & the bumper. However, the blinker on the driver's side just wasn't working properly. I took it back to the body shop twice; guy looked at it & said it was "fine". But it wasn't working right. So I took it to Lithia, knowing THEY would fix it correctly ... and I was right! It didn't take them very long to figure out just exactly what was going on with the blinker & correcting the problem. THANK YOU Lithia!! More
