We just bought a 2013 pre owned certified Ford Flex with 9,500 miles on it. Very clean car with lots of options. We had done our research before we went in and so it was easy to sit down and find quickly what we were looking for and ordered our new car. I was travelling from Montana to Utah, my car's engine light came on, and the car was suddenly running ragged. Ken was very helpful - he scheduled an appointment, arranged transportation to and from m light came on, and the car was suddenly running ragged. Even knowing that I would not be a regular customer, he helped me to find the least expensive option. When I returned to the dealership, he surprised me with the repair being completed earlier than expected, the price being less than quoted, and additional work being done that was complimentary. I cannot rate the price because I don't have anything to compare it to, but I do know that the price of the main part was less than an online estimate. Thanks, Ken! More
