My experience with Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls and specifically with Randy Martin could not have been better. I was told by a friend a couple years ago to come into Broadway Ford. At the time I had a truck and a car, that I traded in for a Nissan Exterra. I came into the dealership with what I had, and they were Broadway Ford. At the time I had a truck and a car, that I traded in for a Nissan Exterra. I came into the dealership with what I had, and they were able to offer me something that worked well. I was able to trade in two vehicles for one that I've had no problems with. So, on the 27th I walked into the dealership, there was a man by the name of Randy Martin that had papers in his hand, and by the looks of it he was very busy with something. Knowing that I needed some help I asked him for a salesman. He stopped with what he was doing, and said, "You know what? I can help you with that." I came in with a Ford Ranger pick-up truck, with two kids it was hard finding the room to be comfortable. So, we looked at a Honda Pilot, and by this time it was getting late in the day, and they were ready to close. They then gave me the keys to the car and told me to go home, until the next morning when we could finish the papers on it. By the time I got there the next day, they already knew that the Pilot wouldn't work because of the negative equity in the truck. However, after hours of going through everything they had, they were able to find me a car that would work. Thanks to their hard work I now have something that will work for my kids and me, I have nothing bad to say because it was all good. More
