Ray Corona was excellent to work with. He answered our questions, offered additional information as necessary, and gave us "space" to figure out what we wanted to do. We already had a quote from a dealer questions, offered additional information as necessary, and gave us "space" to figure out what we wanted to do. We already had a quote from a dealer in Salt Lake City. Since the vehicle we drove in Idaho Falls had more options than we needed, we doubted whether Ray could make us a competitive offer. Ray came back with a price that beat the one we were considering and saved us the drive to Salt Lake. More

My daughter and I drove 8 and a half hours, through snow, to make it to Broadway Ford. We were only able to go on a Sunday, and Tim, and Cori met us at the door. We fell in love with Cori right away, and I w to make it to Broadway Ford. We were only able to go on a Sunday, and Tim, and Cori met us at the door. We fell in love with Cori right away, and I was impressed with her eagerness to help. I had a few issues that could have made me call off the deal, but Cori, Tim, and I believe Ken Top,(sorry if I am wrong), made a plan to resolve any issues, and I was on my way home. They kept their agreement, and I am very happy with my experience there. Their pricing CRUSHED Reno Nevada, and the drive was worth it. The truck was everything that they said it was, and more. This was a great dealership to work with, and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to buy in the near future. Looking forward to dealing with Cori with my next purchase. I came in looking for a new truck and asked for Ken based on a previous customers recommendation. He was very helpful and set me up with Ray Corona as my salesman. Went in looking for a used truck that ended up not being on there lot quite yet. Marlow worked over a couple of days to get it in so I could see and drive it. At first it wasn’t what they described, but ove on there lot quite yet. Marlow worked over a couple of days to get it in so I could see and drive it.
