My husband and I bought an Escape and F-150. There was a sales person named Micheal Javis that was great. He worked very hard to find vehicles on the lot that had the options we wanted. Tim was able to keep the big surprise that it arrived on Friday, not the following Monday, and made my weekend! Marlow is so knowledgeable about how everything works. He had a real job teaching us, but he did great! Marlow also took me around and introduced me to the people in parts, the body shop, everyone I would ever deal with. When I asked why, he said we were just one big family. Everyone was so friendly. I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle as I did from these guys. I would recommend them to everyone.
