The staff have always been courteous and friendly. The staff also seem to genuinely want to help you. That is where the positive qualities end. The staff’s knowledge of their vehicle (at least the Focus) is deplorable. They have not been able to answer ANY of my questions. Their maintenance shop returns your car to you more damaged than when you left it. I brought it in for repairs, I received it back with grease all over the interior and the console all scratched up where they took it apart. The parts department tries to overcharge for parts. They tried to charge me $180 for floor mats that I looked up and ordered on fordparts.com for $90. I do not recommend going to this dealership. More

I have been dealing with Randy Martin for quite sometime now. Begining with a Ford Edge lease in 2007. That lease was terminated with the death of my wife Sherry. The next was a 2008 F150 which I payed off now. Begining with a Ford Edge lease in 2007. That lease was terminated with the death of my wife Sherry. The next was a 2008 F150 which I payed off and traded off for a 2009 F150. All of these vehicles were maitained and serviced by Broadway Ford under the expertise of Tim Freud. These two gentlemen are a great combination for Broadway Ford and Ford Motor Company. They have made owning and maintaining a Ford product a pleasure for me. More

From the time that I shook hands with Ray, to ordering a new key from Tyrel, to the time I was finished getting a 1.99% rate with help from the General Sales Manager Steve the entire experience was amazing! new key from Tyrel, to the time I was finished getting a 1.99% rate with help from the General Sales Manager Steve the entire experience was amazing! Everyone I met and talked with was friendly and professional. I never felt pushed into buying my new car. Ray was extremely knowledgeable about presenting me with options to getting the vehicle I wanted and had researched on the internet. We discussed what might be better in the long run for me considering down payment options and helped me feel comfortable with my choice. When I asked to speak to my insurance agent to make sure this new car would work for our family, he gave me some alone time to have a conversation with my insurance agent and then to give final details to my family so we could make the right decision. When I asked about buying another key for another adult driver in our home he put me in touch with Tyrel (Parts Dept.) to get that set up and paid for. After getting the new key ordered, Steve and another consultant (I believe his name was Jeff) took me to discuss financing and to sign all of the forms necessary to turn over a new 2013 Ford Fiesta to me. It was an incredible experience and I thank all of those involved at Broadway Ford to make this happen! More
