He searched all of the trucks on their lot and there just wasn't one to fit our wants or our price tag. But he didn't give up he found us a truck near by that fit our criteria, we discussed price made a deal. He got the truck cleaned up and it was ready for us when we got to town to pick up. He showed us how every feature in it worked. The financing department got our paperwork done very rapidly and seemingly painless. Bottom line Warren Drews did an excellent job in getting us into a truck we wanted and making sure it was as streamlined as possible thanks. More

Fantastic experience with the service department My 2012 F-150 started to make a noise in the front end. I contacted Jason Eggerston and described the problem. I dropped the truck off the night before the appointment. Jason called me before 9 the next morning to tell me that the problem had been diagnosed and the truck would be ready in a couple of hours. He called back again and told me that a problem had also been found with the defroster motor but they would need to order the part. I asked if he knew when the part would arrive. He said it would be 3 to 5 days. He called again within the hour to tell me that a part had been located in town and the truck would be repaired before the end of the day. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! More

The vehicle I went in to purchase turned out not to be the best choice for my need. By listening closely (and patiently) to what I said, Tyler steered my to what he knew would make me happy in the long run. He urged my to drive what I thought I wanted as well as what he recommended. After driving both trucks,, it was obvious that I needed the one Tyler recommended.
