Better than expected! I went in out of shear curiosity to see if I could get into a truck from my 2015 Dart. Rich, my salesman, got my info and offered a decent deal on a 2015 new F-150 XL. I balked at the offer. It was a nice truck, but lacked a lot of features that I wanted in a truck. A few days later they had an even better offer on a 2016 F-150 XLT Sport. It was too good to pass up. They also did my bed lining and couldn't be happier with the result. In the end, I walked out with a fantastic EcoBoost truck with a price I could afford. Paul, in finance, was easy to work with. He explained the contract and was non-pushy with the add ons. More

Superior Customer Service!! I recently had a problem with the front end of my truck and unusual wear on my tires. The folks at Broadway Ford recognized the problem and didn't stop looking until they found the cause. That was refreshing as most of the service departments at the dealerships I have been to would not spend the time to find the problem. I was told to just keep driving and let them know if the problem continues. Once the malfunctioning parts were found Jason Eggertsen ordered the parts. When he called back I told him that I was out of town for a couple of weeks and we scheduled a service appointment the day after I would return. I arrived that morning and told Jason that I had been called into work and I needed to leave at a certain time to make it back home to get ready for work. Jason told me he would do everything he could do. To my surprise the truck was done in a short amount of time and I was ready to get on the road. I had prepared myself for a long, boring waiting at the dealership as I live and hour and a half away. Not only did Jason get me out of there quickly but the problem has been resolved. Thank you so much Jason and the whole service crew down there. As always you truly understand what customer service is all about! More
