A vehicle 14 years old should have at least safety equipment available. The other parts tool up to 8 days to receive and the tech went on vacation and at the time he was the only diesel tech working due to corona 19. I had to rent a car as I am 65 miles away and had to extend the rental twice but I am satisfied with the service and don't want to give the impression I am blaming the service guys I was just explaining what Happened Thanks to all the persons I had contact with. More

Took my Ford Expedition to Lithia Ford twice for service, on the same issue, Check Engine Light on. The second service cost me over $1000 and they didn't fix the problem as the Check Engine Light came on for on the same issue, Check Engine Light on. The second service cost me over $1000 and they didn't fix the problem as the Check Engine Light came on for a 3ed time a month later. Instead they zip-tied a sensor on, left broken pieces in place and incompetently lowered my fuel tank. When my vehicle was returned to me after the service was completed thev2nd time, the Chexk Engine Light was still on!!! DO NOT take your car to Lithia Ford for service! More

Disappointed since in the past when I came in for service, all my concerns were addressed. Other than just an oil change which I can get anywhere, I needed my sunroof looked at and my phone synced to service, all my concerns were addressed.
