First time buying a new car This was the first time I have bought new and I am really glad I came to Yuba City dodge for this and got helped by TJ and Andy. They were really helpful and the entire process did not take long at all. What really made me appreciate this purchase was that by were willing to work with me and finance me with t credit bein lower than I’m used to. These guys really went the extra mile to accommodate me and make this happen. I will definitely want to buy from these guys again when I want a second vehicle. More
Why the dealership lost a return customer I had used this dealership in the past. The sales team was excellent and I was in and out in about three hours. When time to buy a new car I came back I had used this dealership in the past. The sales team was excellent and I was in and out in about three hours. When time to buy a new car I came back exspecting the same service and outcome from the sales team. A couple days before driving to the dealership I contacted a salesman named Blane, this salesman gave me the wrong information on pricing, he said he went to his manager and ask if the price was set, and told me a shipment of cars just arrived and we have plenty in stock that I was looking for. The day before I drove to the dealership I talk to the assistant sales manager Jeremy, I simply told him what I needed again and to make sure the car I wanted was still there. When the day finally came to drive from Sacramento to Yuba City, I called Jeremy saying I am an hour away, he told me the car would be washed and ready for me to look at when I arrived. When arriving to the dealership the car was still at an off site location, took 25 minutes for them to bring the car up, first problem. Took the car for a test drive around the block, the salesman literally said to drive around the dealership and go back, not enough to test the car out. After the test drive, went into the sales room and started playing there cat and mouse game. While inside, waiting for 20 minutes, I finally had to do the salesman's job and ask for a credit check to fill out. Once that was complete, it took almost a hour, not joking a hour before Jeremy finally came out with numbers on a car. Of course at that time Jeremy told me the salesman Blane had given me the wrong information on the price of the car and the rebates that go with the car. Jeremy wasted more of my time when going to get Blane to talk to me, when it did not do any good for he did not remember our conversation. While sitting there with Jeremy trying to find a solution, while I was still talking to him his phone rings and he simply stands up and walks away. I was extremely shocked that he just up and walked away while I was still talking to him and no excuse me or anything. Watching him walk back inside with a big plate of food. To my surprise he was in the sales tower eating away. The sales tower has windows, I could see everything. Fifteen minutes later he came back simply saying, "I had to eat, haven't eaten all day". At this point I am ready to walk out. I mistakenly gave Jeremy one more chance to earn my business. I told him about this deal they had on the manufacturer's website, he would look at it and let me know what we can do. He came back out with the numbers and what they can do for that deal. I was happy with the deal BUT, they were missing one very important thing, they did not even have the car in stock. I wasted now another half an hour working on a deal on a car they did not have. Jeremy failed to even look at his inventory while in the sales tower getting the numbers. He simply did not do his job as an assistant sales manager. I stood up and walked away, wasting 4 hours of my day and driving an hour each way to the dealership. While walking out I poked my head in the sales tower and talked to the actual sales manager and told him what happened and had nothing to say and shrugged his shoulders like he did not care. I hope the general manager will read this complaint and address Blane, Jeremy, and the sales manager and hold them accountable for their actions. The most valuable customer to have is a returning customer. They had just lost one today. I had brought at least 3 people to the dealership to buy vehicles and now I get treated like trash. I hope this will help other consumers steer away from going to this dealership. I went to Folsom Lake Dodge and no joke I was in and out under an hour. They made buying a car very simple and they did not play any games, they came out with numbers one time and said here is my best I can do and I accepted the offer. I will be sending all of my friends and family to Folsom Lake Dodge. More

TJ is the MAN!!! I have many years in the car biz and TJ was obviously an honest and knowledgeable salesman.
