The one star review is for one reason only, the rest of the experience was good, they were fast and efficient in all respects, BUT they called and advised me that I needed a new in cabin air filter, it was the experience was good, they were fast and efficient in all respects, BUT they called and advised me that I needed a new in cabin air filter, it was expensive but I told them to go ahead. When I pick up my truck, it stunk like going down a VERY intense detergent row at the store, and Im very sensitive to smells, I started home and turned around in less than five minutes with a headache and watering eyes, took it back to service department and was basically told, there was nothing they could do, and it would dissipate, I sure hope they are right More
