satisfied but service normally takes an hour As long as you plan on it taking twice as long as they state, then you're fine. Even when you ask at the front desk just before they take your vehicl As long as you plan on it taking twice as long as they state, then you're fine. Even when you ask at the front desk just before they take your vehicle back to service, the 35 minutes is over an hour. Since 2006 they've always done a good job servicing our vehicles. It's also a good idea to remind them to reset any digital automated service reminders (if you have them in your auto) & recheck that it's actually been reset as you leave. Otherwise you have to come back later to do so. That is, if you consider this part of what you're paying for, as they do state it's included in the service. More
