The only offputting thing about my experience was a little bit of a wait (4 hours total in the dealership-not sooo bad) but also all the additional "travelling sales people". Upon getting to the dealership we were greeted and offered help and if we were interested in a vehicle. I told the man I was wanting to look at a Durango with 3rd row seating he said they had one and took us to a sales man that he said would help us. When we were introduced the sales man I think his name was mike and told him that we were really just window shopping and he proceeded to ask about income when we told him that my husband was currently in between jobs by only a week he wanted to know how much cash we were looking at. I again told him we were wanting to look around to see our options before we were ready to buy because I wasn't sure if I really just wanted the Durango or just upgrade to a full size truck. He never offered to let us look around all he said was ok well lets see if you won money and took the flyer to another man and walked away. All of that and we never even got to look at the Durango with 3rd row or anything and all we walked away with was $1.00. My husband and I both got the impression because we were currently unemployed and low income that we were not worth the time of day to. Even if I had $20,000 in cash I would not go to this dealership. I have never felt so disrespected before. This is the second time I have tried to look at vehicles at this dealership and will never go back. More
