A positive Oil Change experience. Came in for a regular oil change and fluid check on my 2017 RAM. Last time, I was roped into a completely unnecessary. & costly service. Partially my fault as I hadn't verified what service was recommended via RAM before coming in, but counted on the service rep to be informed and not lead me down the proverbial garden path. Was wrong on both accounts & had second thoughts about returning. However, I'd purchased a life-time oil change agreement & wasn't willing to let that go so I came in. It was slow so perhaps that helped, but I felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. No hidden agendas. The oil change was done, fluids checked and they even replaced a tire valve cap I'd noticed was missing before bringing the truck in. Didn't mention it was missing so that was a pleasant surprise. For now, I'm back onboard. Good Job! More

Routine Oil Change I felt that cracking in was very good and the waiting area was great, especially for my two boys. The entire service staff has always been courteous, professional, and accurate to what parts and service I needed on my truck. They have never tried to " upsell" unneeded parts or service. All the work done was reliable and I have never had to return to correct anything.. It was always done right the first time.. I cannot say that about other dealership's service, that I have had to use in the past, especially out of state.. Many times the service work is finished earlier than quoted... I have dealt with Dallas and Chad for almost all the service work on my truck, and I thoroughly recommend them, the mechanics, and the dealership .. On more than one occasion, I have rearranged my schedule, while out of state, to return home in order that this dealership can work on my vehicle....
