Great service I needed new tires. My spare was brand new but on a steel rim. They sold me 3 new tires and put the spare tire on one of the aluminum wheels just like I needed new tires. Justin was great, tech needs a chatting to Justin the service writer was great. Although I did hang around the dealership while my recalls were done. I noticed my truck going for a test drive and was somewhat bothered by how the tech was nailing the throttle. I let it go. Then my son was approximately 2 miles away and saw my truck, thinking it was me he followed to see if he’d stop by me and chat. He called and asked me what I was up to and why I was driving like a maniac hot rodding my truck so hard. I told him I was at dealership and that the tech is test driving my truck. I obviously was pissed and tried to catch tech as he was parking my truck. I got my keys and left. I will go back to lithia. And I will not let my truck outta my sight again and I will remind the service writer and tech that if they hotrod my truck I will drag them outta dealership by their short hairs and explain to them how they are to respect customers vehicles.
