I brought my '21 Gladiator in to get the U joints plus fluid levels checked, tires rotated and balanced, and alignment checked. It was discovered during that process that there was a problem with my shocks so Amanda called and appraised me of the situation, my options, the cost for each depending on what I wanted to do, and how long it would take as they didn't have the shocks in stock. I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism and will certainly be taking my Gladiator back to Lithia for any future service, and kudos to the tech for spotting the problem with the shocks.
