Exceeded my Expectations! Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula exceeded my expectations recently regarding the return of my 2016 Dodge Ram Truck (Laramie Model). In short, m Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula exceeded my expectations recently regarding the return of my 2016 Dodge Ram Truck (Laramie Model). In short, my 2016 truck encountered numerous ECM (Electronic Control Module) problems that were extremely dangerous such as: the truck shutting completely off while driving and the electronic controlled dash board turning off too in addition to other electrical issues with the truck. I contacted an attorney to learn my rights regarding the "Lemon Law" for vehicles and shared those rights with the dealership and ended up with a "WIN-WIN" scenario: LCJDM replaced my 2016 Dodge Ram truck with a brand new 2019 Limited Model with no money out-of-pocket to me at the purchase. LCJDM clearly places SAFETY first for all of their clients and outstanding Customer Service too! Thank you LCJDM for "exceeding my expectations"! More
