They were clear and concise with the paperwork. I never felt like I had to question their honesty. I would have liked to see more inventory in the hybrids. Hopefully demand for these types of vehicles will increase, and Lithia will invest more in hybrids or fully electric cars. More

Water pump I bought a 2014 ram 3500 diesel a year ago. The water pump started leaking. Found out that it was a recalled item.
