Got it right the 1st time I had been having issues with my ‘17 Patriot not wanting to start and poor gas mileage. I had taken it to Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver where they ha I had been having issues with my ‘17 Patriot not wanting to start and poor gas mileage. I had taken it to Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver where they had it for a week and said they could not replicate the issue and did not resolve the problems. I was in town visiting my family and my father was worried as the starting problems were becoming worse and I travel alone between Portland and Missoula . He and I made an appointment with your service team to look at it ASAP. Your team not only replicated the issue but had it diagnosed within a half day! When they called - I felt very confident as a woman in their explanation of the issue and repairs needed. The entire issue repaired & resolved with 48 hours with professionalism, respect, and genuine Montana courtesy I grew up with expecting.. Thank you so much!
