I was up front with my budge, yet it still took at least 4 trips back to the sales manager to get to that point. Boun was the finance person I worked with. He was very quick and very friendly. I had to come back in and resign paperwork on the Ram the following day due to some recalls that had to be taken care of. No big day and certainly understandable. The paperwork was reviewed by another person that second time and everything was OK. The following day I received a call from Joe, he was informed that my wife needed to come back in and sign some paperwork that was overlooked. When she arrived to sign the paperwork there was a lot of confusion from the finance department. No one seemed to know what she needed to resign or who had told us that. This extremely inconvenient for my wife to make a trip over there. All of this would be no big deal except for the fact that when we bought a new Jeep for my daughter last year we had to come multiple times to sign more paperwork. The originally was going to get a Tundra, but Joe said I should check out the Rams. The only reason I agreed is that I have known Joe for a long time and have bought vehicles from him previously, and I trust him. I love the truck, but wish the process would have gone smoother.
