Great Experience After having some real problems with a new RAM 1500 lease at a dealership in the Flathead who told me that the truck would meet my towing needs, Howev After having some real problems with a new RAM 1500 lease at a dealership in the Flathead who told me that the truck would meet my towing needs, However I found out quickly that it wouldn't tow anywhere near the weight they told me. that dealership wouldn't fix the problem they caused in part by misleading/misinforming me during the process, leading me to making the wrong decision on which truck to purchase. So, I decided to also purchase a new RAM that would meet the towing needs. Rob was very helpful in identifying the actual towing specs of the truck options they had and one in particular was actually a full ton 3500 at a great price. So the decision was easy and we drove to Missoula to secure the truck and it was a great experience, with in/out quick turnaround on the purchase. I wish/expect that all dealerships/sales listened to the customer needs like Lithia did for me, ultimately finding the right vehicle quickly and at a price that was about $7K less than other dealerships we looked at. Thanx again for a great job in helping us to find a cost effective solution to the problems I had that were caused by misinformation from another dealership.
