Horrible worker in Andrew at service. We had our car stolen and it ended up by Missula. I needed a key made and called this dealer. Andrew had me tow the car to THE LOT, not the shop, to get key made, s stolen and it ended up by Missula. I needed a key made and called this dealer. Andrew had me tow the car to THE LOT, not the shop, to get key made, so I did. He called back later telling me of a lot of damage to the car. I then said do NOT make a key. He said ok. But you have a bill now of 155 bucks for 1 hour shop time! Taking advantage of a theft victim is a poor way to gouge a them. Just imagine what this crew would do if you purchased something from them! I wish I could put negative stars. More

I have been using the service dept for 4 1/2 years. Everyone is extremely polite in service and parts. Mechanical work is always done correctly and in a timely manner.
