Lithia went out the way to make me happy After just 4 weeks of owning a brand new Jeep Cherokee my transmission went out. The Service desk person Shannon was so nice but did let me know it wo After just 4 weeks of owning a brand new Jeep Cherokee my transmission went out. The Service desk person Shannon was so nice but did let me know it would take maybe 10 - 14 days to fix. I was offered a rental car and Lithia did pick up the bill and I was very happy. Jason the mechanic who went for a ride with me to diagnose the issue was very informative. But really Shannon was extraordinary in calling me several times and letting me know the status, when the transmission came in etc. Couldn't be happier with her service and I'll think now to have all my routine services done at the Lithia Jeep dealership thanks to Shannon. I do want to also say the other service folks were friendly as well, so even better. More

Poor Service Don't get your car serviced here unless you want to spend 3 hours getting your oil changed with no apology. I did however receive lot's of excuses about how much time it takes to do an oil change and that it is not always fast. You are better off going somewhere where people value your time enough to tell your oil change will last longer than 1.5 hours and at least offer to buy you lunch for the inconvenience. More
