5 STAR GIVEN BUT NOT EARNED I gave a 5 star because I think your service writer Paul deserves it. On the other hand I believe your service dept is really a 2.5 for service. I called to make an apt for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee and could not get through but went to voicemail. 2 days later I got a call back and my apt was set 30 days out because the shop is to busy. I asked for a loaner and was told Lithia does not offer a car. I asked for a call back the day before my apt because it was so far out and was told Lithia does not call to remind you of your appt. When I brought my car in there were 15 cars in front of me with one service writer that was like a chicken with his head cut off running around. When I picked my car up 2 days later I played that same waiting game because they were to busy and when I asked if they wash the cars afterwards I was told Lithia does not do that. OK I understand your so busy that it does not matter to the company. I am putting my car up for sale and buying a car from a company that can fix it promptly when it breaks. Butler Auto Group keeps 80 cars on hand just for service customers and washes the cars afterwards. Paul was a great guy and deserves a Pat on the back but my car is a very important part of my daily life of getting to and from work and the down time if something happens to it because Lithia is to busy and does not think the customer is important enough to provide transportation for those long stays I would be screwed. More

service department review I receive fast courteous attention each time I visit to get my Jeep Latitude serviced. The shuttle driver is very courteous as well when I use her. Kind and courteous. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee in April, it's a fantastic car. The only issue I have is the shut off ignition when the vehicle comes to a stop.... Jeep should give the owners the option if they want to disengage this. The service guys tried to contact Jeep to see if they could do this request for me, but we're not able to. Great Service I went in for an oil change and to have my car detailed. Todd asked if I had the lifetime oil change plan, which I didn't. It turned out I wasn't qu I went in for an oil change and to have my car detailed. Todd asked if I had the lifetime oil change plan, which I didn't. It turned out I wasn't quite ready for an oil change but I did purchase the lifetime plan...it's a no brainer if you plan to have your vehicle for a long time, as I do. They did the Silver detail on my 1 year old car and it looks like it is brand new! I love it. Todd was excellent and everyone else I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Thank You!! More

Got in without appointment ,engine light on Have new jeep 1300 miles on it and engine light came on . Jeep tells you to go to dealership and I did without an appointment ,got right in ; order pa Have new jeep 1300 miles on it and engine light came on . Runs better then ever but engine has a knock in it that did not hear before . Will call tomorrow ; Monday the 11 th , Will see if I still get the same service that I got before .
