I have had my jeep and prior ones for many years and always dealt with Trevis Burns as my service manager. He is incredibly knowledgeable, curtious, and gets the job done withing the promised time frame. He always goes beyond the "call of duty" to make sure that I am completely satisfied/happy with the service on my car. On the rare times I have had to see another service person when he was not there, the comparison is rather remarkable. Trevis is the top in all that he does.
