Needed warranty repair on my Ram 3500. Service department never answered the phone and took 5 days to return my call. Lying, slimey sales people. Will lie right to your face, pretend stuff they say is in writing, then hand you a bunch of papers that aren't crap and shuffle you out the door. Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID pretend stuff they say is in writing, then hand you a bunch of papers that aren't crap and shuffle you out the door. Fake CarFax "verbal due to COVID" where the CSM lied! Luckily got the extended warranty. Unlucky...they can keep the vehicle indefinitely while I still have to make payments!!!! And your sales guy will just ghost you as well as the CSM unless you show up and spend hours in the lobby ... possibly telling people not to buy anything from these crooks! Gives you nothing for trade in. Crappy financing. Just awful awful experience all around. Avoid at all costs... or should I say...it'll cost you more money than anywhere else to buy a car here!!! Everything was good until I signed the papers. I was told that it passed inspection but noticed it had a daytime running light was out and a blinker light on the same side. Also was told it had a oil change and it clearly did not. Then when I came to pick it up at the end of the day, because they had to detail it, I noticed a fresh door ding. When addressing this with the salesman he said that it was already there then offered to fill the cars gas tank for free. Idk about you but every car I have bought in the past came with a full tank as a courtesy for buying the car from them. On top of that the detail was pitiful. Be careful when purchasing a vehicle from lithia. This experience came from lithia dodge but have heard stories similar to this from many locations. More

Juan McGee was our salesman and did an amazing job. He worked with us, stayed late, came in on his day off, and worked to meet our needs. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The salesman was great. The finance person was rude and dishonest. We were going to cancel the deal And leave but they brought in a different finance p salesman was great. The finance person was rude and dishonest. We were going to cancel the deal And leave but they brought in a different finance person who corrected the errors however sold us a gap policy that we were assured would be promptly refunded if we paid the vehicle off which we did 3 months later. After many, many phone calls, and 3 months time, we still have not received the refund. we have had to spend so much time on this, it is unacceptable. It feels like they want us to forget about it to avoid provide the refund. We have purchased several vehicles, new and used and this is the worst experience we have had. More

We trusted the service department to fix our car and it ended up in worst shape then when we first brought it in. We paid them hundreds of dollars and didn’t even receive a refund for the poor service we received. We eventually had to trade in the car because it was a lost cause and lost thousands of dollars.
