Kind and courteous. I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee in April, it's a fantastic car. The only issue I have is the shut off ignition when the vehicle comes to a stop.... Jeep should give the owners the option if they want to disengage this. The service guys tried to contact Jeep to see if they could do this request for me, but we're not able to.
